The Library on the Ashley River

The Dorchester County Parks Department will be coming to the Ashley River Library as part of Dinovember to teach us about reptiles! Ages 5-11

Come read with us! Learn literacy tips, lap bounces, and songs you can sing at home, all while connecting with other caregivers of babies! Tuesdays at 10:30 am September 10 - November 19 Ages 2 & Under

Join other acting enthusiasts to write, direct, and perform fairy tales. At the end of our time, we'll put on a special fairy tale storytime (complete with costumes) for the little ones in the library! Registration opens 9/1 at 10am. Register online here! Love Play-Doh but hate the mess it leaves? Worry not! Drop in for weekly themed Play-Doh play! Fridays at 10:30am September 13-- November 22 Preschoolers (Ages 3-5)

Enjoy storytime with songs, books, fingerplays, and early literacy skills! Feel free to stay and play afterward. Thursdays at 10:30am September 12 - November 21 Ages 5 & Under

This fall we'll be reading "The Wild Robot" by Peter Brown together! Join us for book discussions and activities about the book.
